HAND-CRAFTED: Reunion salamis are hand-crafted in small batches using old-world European, slow-drying techniques. Every detail of the process is masterfully cared for to create a well-balanced, memorbale eating experience for you.

CLEAN INGREDIENTS: Reunion salamis are made from USDA Organic pork that is certified by the Global Animal Partnership, which indicates that pigs are humanely-raised raised with no antibiotics ever, 100% vegetarian feed and no cages, crates, or crowding. All varieties are gluten-free, lactose-free, and made without any fillers or artificial sweeteners. 

FLAVOR NOTES: Our truffle salami is the perfect addition to a charcuterie board. It has a robust flavor profile from the Organic black and white truffles (No Truffle Oils!), and a wonderful earthiness from chopped porcini mushrooms. We suggest pairing it with a young pecorino cheese.
